How long do custom orders take?
Most custom projects take a minimum of 4–8 weeks, depending on size and complexity. If you're interested in a lower cost panel with laser engraving your wait time may be much less depending on project size.

How do I hang or display my stained glass?
Panels include hooks and chain and can be hung in a window, wall frame, or lightbox, depending on your order. Typically, wall anchors will be needed unless you're drilling to a solid surface like wood.

Do you offer oak frames or lightboxes?
Yes! We can add a solid oak frame or illuminated lightbox to any order. A lightbox allows you to enjoy stained glass on any wall, even without a window.

Are stained glass panels heavy?
Weight varies by size and complexity, but all panels come with hardware recommendations for safe hanging.

Simply use a soft cloth and mild cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.

Do I need to worry about lead?
The lead came is safe. Lead panels need to be releaded every 80 - 100 years (The panel's environment will affect its lifespan) to avoid lead dust or damage to your panel. Panel can be displayed out of reach of children and pets for extra caution.

Keep panels securly upright, wrapped in soft cloth, and away from moisture.

Each panel is carefully wrapped, cushioned, and boxed with fragile labeling.
